RAH. work is piling up again. I got 2 cases to log because the user calls in after I put down the phone and I gotta settle 2 email from 2 big problems...and I had to dl 2permits also...ok. Now i gotta setle email.

Uh ok. I just did a heck of a lotta stuff which I can't possibly all type out. Ugh. Lol. But it was kinda fun. Today got kinda high amount of calls. I got a surprise for tak! Heheh. That is, if I meet her today.
