Managed to do a little homework today. A little. I'm still working myself off the drug that is Holiday Freedom. Lol. Played some MU today. I am of the verdict that I am pretty screwed unless I mug my brains out to refresh myself on the past year's topic before the massacre we call the block test.


Went to KFC for dinner. Shawn mentioned something that was both morbidly funny and vaguely disturbing at the same time.

The gist of the conversation was:

S: Hey, have you wondered if any of the pinoys who play MU were killed by Typhoon Durian.
Me:(Thinking I heard wrongly) Huh?! What???
S: I haven't seen some of the pinoys players online lately, you know.
Me: [laughs] omg hahahaha no way. I am like laughing but partly creeped out.
S: Like PINOYBANDA! The other day he called me noob maybe the next day he is killed by the typhoon...hahahahaha
Me: Lol wth man...
S: Lol cause one night he called me noob, then the next morning I saw the papers and it said Typhoon Durian hit a lot of the Philippines, causeing a huge mudslide and what not, and many people died. And I wondered if any of the pinoys got PK (player-kill) by the typhoon or not. Or maybe their computer just got destroyed. =[

Well the conversation was both funny and slightly disturbing at the same time becuase it seemed surreal and kind of unbelievable that because of a disaster miles away, we wouldn't ever see the pinoys we've all grown to love (or hate) ever again. In real life for that fact, not just MU. Vaguely creepy huh?
