Arguments, the spice of life. Just had one with my mother a few minutes ago. It was over a call from my grandmother I took earlier. My mother was out, and I took the call, which something like this (translated into english)
Me:"Hello?"
GM:"Is your mother there"
Me:"No, she's out"(what i said was ta chu qu le)
GM:"Oh,*suddenly distracted* aren't you supposed to be at school today?
Me:"No, I'm getting my results today."(Actually I skipped school for today^^)
GM:" Oh, oh...did you pass?"
Me:"Huh? Yeah...pass."
Soon after, we just ended our call.
A few seconds later, she called back.
Me:"Hello?
GM:"Didn't you call your mother to the phone?"
Me:"Huh? She's out.
GM:"She's out ar? Oh, okok..."
Me:"Er..yeah...ok"
A few hours later she called my mum back and they talked for quite a while. After hanging up, she told me, "Just now when ahma called you never call her ar?" By that she meant I didn't greet her with a big spontaneous enthusiatic "AHMA!^^" when I took her call. Then I was like huh? I thought only meet her den haf to jiao(call) her? I never meet her personally wad...so she said it was wad courtesy, and I was what? o_O *Imagines...*
Me:"Hello?"
GM:"Is your mother in?"
Me:"AHMA!^^"
GM:"Oh, guai...guai..."
I dunno, but to me its like so weird to just go wayyy off topic in the 3rd line and return back on the 5th...then my mum say i never talk properly, she say my grandmother was on the phone waiting for her to pick up, then she had to call back and ask again...so "huh? mayb she heard wrongly?" So she says like NOOOOOoooo...you say wrongly...cos you say "chu qu", so maybe she thought I was outside, as in just outside the house, like watering the plants. If life were a comic, there'd be this great big sweat drop at the back of my head. She also said next time you should say I chu men la..and I was huh? Its all the same right? Ok I wont go into the details but basically she reiterated the plant point and said there was this big difference, so I was ITS JUST A PHONECALL. A PHONECALL. I said she kept repeating what she said earlier and she said I was so loh sor -_-"...Yeah, so we had a row over this. =.=Pretty stupid huh.

Went out for breakfast, then to the SK CC's post office for a look at my future laptop. =D But they had no display set.Earlier I walked out halfway through a documentary on the technology of the Romans...=S So I forgot to take my EZ-link out, and you need to produce that for the Note to self: Bring EZ-link out!

Today is the day of the posting results. -_- *glowers* Was woken up in the morning by a phonecall from my aunt. Listening to the my mum's side of the conver, I figured out that the posting results were released already, instead of at 8am as I thought. She asked about my posting, my mum said i was still asleep, and I went back to sleep. Some time later, the phone rang again...(>.<) Oh forget it..I abandoned the idea of morre rest and hit the com. So...here I am now...zzz...oh and I went to MJ.
