I'm going off to Genting from 30th Nov to 2nd Dec with my family, so I won't be around for these few days. Will blog more about the chalet later. Leaving at 630AM at Golden Mile Complex tomorrow morning. (And here I was thinking no school, no waking up at obscene hours.)
OKAY. FINE. THAT'S IT. THIS IS THE LAST FUCKING STRAW. The next time I buy an MP3 player, it'll be from APPLE. APPLE ALL THE WAY. NO MORE FUCKING CREATIVE BULLSHIT. I used to think ah, nevermind about Apple, Creative SUPPOSEDLY has BETTER quality and is cheaper, plus its a Singapore brand. Well, SCREW that. I was transferring songs from my zen when I accidentally bumped my MP3 player and the whole frigging thing froze. I thought oh eff there goes my holiday plans, can't even take my MP3 player along. Luckily I found the damn reset button, or else I'd be more pissed now. The whole friggin thing froze and the screen just stuck there and I thought I'd have to let the battery burn out. LIKE during my sec 4 chalet when my zen inexplicably froze for NO PARTICULAR REASON and i had to let it die because I didn't have a FRICKIN needle to poke into the RESET BUTTON, yes that's how small the damn thing is. THEN when I turned it on the next day, there's a green line across the right side of the screen. and I never dropped it. eff. Fried the pixels or something. Stupid crap.

I am quite tired. Been going out almost everydayI return quite tired and still go online. I am thus unable to produce more Plastic Muggers comics. Today I went in and out of my house 5 times. =.=
1:Went to CP meet Shawn, bought stuff at Cold Storage, came home.
2:Went to R'vale plaza look for stuff, didn't find it came home.
3:Went to help deliver something to someone and came home.
4:Went to buy and eat dinner and came home
5:Went out to YM's place and came home
1,2,3 were non stop after each other, and 4 and 5 also. Went to Ym's place with Shawn and Suyi and the 3 of us plus Siwei downed Absolut with orange juice which we played mahjong. Lol. Alcohol and fun and games.Left at about 11 cos Siwei had test tml...haha.

Hmm. Quite bored at times. As night nears I feel: wow, I have nothing in particular to do tomorrow! Education may be a perverse form of salvation. It keeps me away from home and my mom. I argued with her...2...was it 2 or 3 times today? I don't remember any more. Seems every time I'm around her for an extended period of time, I get into a fight with her. Or maybe it's typical evil education. Takes me away from my own family so I can't communicate with them properly, or I keep fighting with them. Screwed up.
Either I'm also pretty tired now. May go to sleep soon. Cos I went bowling today, then rushed home and then out again to welcome Val back to Singapore. Was plenty fun. Ben made a sign that said "Welcome to Singapore Ms Teo Wan Mei Valerie". Haha! And hopefully us Mugalos are going to send everyone off on their holidays this two months. Should be fun. A Mugger has escaped!' and ran all the way down the ramp and outta school laughing madly. That was fun.
"Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and I said 'Goodbye' and you were like (deep male voice) 'NO WAY!' (normal voice) and then I was all 'We pretended we were going to murder you'? That was great!"

I was blogging this earlier at macs but had no net. So here goes. Copy and paste.
Yesterday, went to watch Beowulf again with Galvyn, tak and XW. Was quite ok. Lol. After that, XW had to leave for work, and tak didn't wanna go home. So tak and gal came over to my house to watch DVDs. We agreed it was fun and we should do it again. Watched like 3 movies.Shawn and Sixu kept bugging me to go play pool with them, and i understand and all, but I have people over at my house...=.= I can't just dump them and run off to play pool with you guys cause I've known you 4 and 2 years more, respectively. It's just not nice. And downright rude. Hey can u all go home? I want to play pool with my other friends. =X
Anyways on a whim, I decided to stay overnight with gal and tak at Kovan mac's just for fun. We're staying overnight and we're NOT studying!!! lalala~ =D 3rd time already, I think at Kovan macs. But 1st overnight marathon without mugging at all...lol. We watched more movies on my com, which my friend lent me. Galvyn called up his parents and left at around 4 or 5AM. =\ Tak had an, uh, heated debate with him earlier...but that's what usually happens around Galvyn and his views. Lol. Nothing serious though.
I also installed my xbox in my room seeing as how I'm probably the only one who uses it...though playing on the plasma screen is fun. (And BIG.) I think I'll save it for my Wii. Hot damn, I want a Wii. RAWR. $660. =[ Darnit. I'm having second thoughts about my PSP...a Wii would be a more long term investment I think.
Kovan macs is great for studying, airconditioned, relatively quiet, convenient toilet, easy access to food. Actually the ONLY source of food which is why I freakin' gained 4kg during the exam period. (Flourine Uranium Carbon Potassium.) This is the rigours of education. You sit down from morning to night, munching on not-very-healthy food all day to keep from being kicked out. It's almost like educational hell. Your only exercise is walking from home to busstop and busstop to Mcdonalds. =.=
And BEFORE the exam period, I was training for the NAPFA test and ran every other day. I definitely lost weight. and was a helluva lot fitter than what I am today. =.= Damn. After exam period...ugh. Horrible. It's not that easy to balance exercise and education when you mug outside everyday. I don't mug at home because I can't. No mood/motivation. Something like that.
So...it's great for studying, and also horrible for slacking. Total male bovine egestion. =.= The wireless@sg network is crapped out here, which is why I'm typing this on Wordpad. Cannot connect to internet. I was napping earlier when the manager came and told us not to sleep. I wanted to retort: "Your bleedin' intarnets do not friggin work, so I am so darn bored here I fell asleep!!!" =.= The connection is erratic, you can connect and disconnect within a minute and connect back again, which makes streaming video impossible, and the only viable internet activity is mild (AND interrupted) surfing. Other that that you can only play computer games or watch preloaded movies. =.=
Sometimes when you are connected to the network, the speed can drop to an oh-so-bleedin'-amazin' 1MBPS. So this is Singapore's famous islandwide broadband network. Bravo, bravo.-claps- Your broadband is about as broad as, well, I dunno, the mind of a terrorist. something like that. I connect to the network perfectly, speed 54 MBPS, quite decent and when I open Firefox, nada. Cannot connect to server. Dunno what's wrong. And the 1 MBPS speed is when i'm the only person in Macs using a laptop. Fan-tastic. So this is where our tax dollars go. Brilliant. I applaud you. A fantastic super high-tech islandwide broadband network designed to connect the entire island together at blisteringly high speeds of 1MBPS, amazingly advanced technology that enables your connection to connect and disconnect more frequently than a...sin curve? You get the idea. Pah.
Damn I think that huge wall-size picture next to me is EVIL. There's a picture of Ol' Ronald Mac Sitting on some steps with 5 kids around him. And all are smiling. BUT there is one flaw. One of them is not genuinely happy. You can see it in his eyes. It's a fake smile. Mouth smiles but not the eyes. You can tell. Why did a fast food chain choose a white-faced, eye-linered clown with excess amounts of human growth hormones (hGH) to be it's mascot? There are kids out there are afraid of clowns...anyway I must be lacking sleep because when I looked up just now I got a shock because I thought someone was standing there, but it turned out to be the head and sholders of a kid only. =.= t4h int4rn3ts is fizzling now. Limited or no connectivity. Wireless...connected. Limited or no connectivity. Wireless...connected. If this is where my parent's tax money goes into, I think searching for Bigfoot in Bukit Timah would be much more beneficial. AND amusing. It's ANNOYING to get the numerous Windows popups saying I'm now connected and then NOT connected. FIX THIS, I SAY. FIX THIS.

Anyway...I feel veyr weird now. Like...I'm unwell. And NO, it's definitely nothing to do with overnighting. Done it so many times already. Just unwell...not physically, but...emotionally? Before you send me off to Ben's favourite CIP spot...this unwellness is not insanity. Please. Lol. I just feel very weird now. Playing music loudly because I felt like it. I now have nothing to work for. I can't believe that this day has finally come. Every single time I felt like I couldn't take it anymore, I just told myself, two more years, two more years. And now it's here. I know I should be sleeping but I didn't. I also argued with my mum just now. Flared up. Then last night she kicked up a fuss about me overnighting when she called. Like wha? After the damned 'A's then you make a big fuss? I overnighted once during the middle of the 'A's and she didn't even say much. Sigh. I just feel weird. Damn you MOE. Thank goodness for the Internet. I have a lot of mugalo posts, but I just don't feel like doing any now. Maybe I should go out with some people. Anyone?

Today was fun fun fun! Went to Changi T1 Delifrance with Ben, Tak, XW and Gal, there was watching of movies and playing of Portal. Portal was zomg FUN. Good news and bad news. Bad news, my laptop can't play, I think cos of crappy graphics card -bleep- you preloaded crap windows stuff. =[ And my main com can't read DVD so can't play. I want external hard drive!!! Good news, I FINALLY played some Portal after initisal frustration (yay!) and it ROCKED! There is cake! I think.
We sent val off, took lots of photos and went to T3 to walk a bit. Took a lot of pics also. Hopefully be on the Mugalo blog soon. For now, good luck to Tak and XW. Lets watch movies tomorrow again! =D

Day 29 of Isolation - 14/11/07

I been feeling quite miserable recently...8 days left but it just seems so FAR. The past few days I have been waking up to a sense of frustration and helplessness. I feel like I am trapped in this long drawn out torture process that makes every second go slower. These feelings started coming at about the halfway point after I've done 8 papers, and though I've a kept a vigilant countdown, it just seems so long. Only recently did the feelings get worse. Several times while I've been overcome by an intimidating sense of depression that threatens to overwhelms me. I just want to lash out, throw my notes, hit something, anything. I know its going to end but my body can't see it. So near yet so far.
Its tormenting me. I just want it to end FAST. NOW. I have 4 more papers. I end on the 22. And it doesn't help that my friend is taunting me right now. He's the bugger who owes me $. =.= Sigh. These few days I have been having, well, not really nightmare category, but more of bad dreams. I had one when I ran out of time to finish the CLB test. CLB. I just flipped and realised I have like 3 pages of questions to do, and one of them was a chem-type question. 1 paragraph of stupid boxy picture words and one blank page for me to do...working? As I rushed the questions I found it very hard to do them...like the words took a long time to sink it...them I realised it was a dream.
Last night I had anotherf one also, in this one, my mother somehow managed to get the cupboard open and took out my laptop for me, and without knowing it, I was playing online and messing about again. I suddenly realised what I was doing and started shouting and cursing and why it was removed when I'd planned to get my laptop out on the 22nd. I don't really remember much but I remember there was a lot of anger involved. Funny stuff education does to you. Especially in the cold lonely dark nights. So alone.
Sigh. I need to go face another long day and another long paper. It seems like that day will never come. I can hardly begin to imgaine how I will feel on the 22nd. Right now I still feel horrible. 8 more days to do. 8.

I suddenly realised what I was doing and started shouting and cursing and why it was removed when I'd planned to get my laptop out on the 22nd. I don't really remember much but I remember there was a lot of anger involved. Funny stuff education does to you. Especially in the cold lonely dark nights. So alone.
Sigh. I need to go face another long day and another long paper. It seems like that day will never come. I can hardly begin to imgaine how I will feel on the 22nd. Right now I still feel horrible. 8 more days to do. 8.

Mugged alone in KFC at White Sands today. Spent most of the day coughing and sniffing. Next week is what Galvyn would term an epic cluster f**k. 3 freakin' H2 papers in 2 days and then a 1 week break! Assholes. What the hell were they thinking? I gotta mug chem and probably bio on sun and then after chem on Mon I gotta mug bio and math.
Oh yeah, I'm so ill I've started bleeding. -Cough- Not a lot, really. Just that whenever I blow my nose...I see red smears on the paper. As in, seriously. Just thought I'd let you guys know. That way, if anyone sees my head go "thump!" in an exam and blod leaving my eyes, ears and nose, you'll know wh

Day 20 of Isolation - 1/11/07

My sis is bathing so I decided to sneak online. Sssh...she has the darn thing on nearly 24/7 now school's out. Must blog fast. Anyway I tripped and fell on the steps at Macs some days before. Bruise still there. Wonder if I can sue them and stop studying after the As. LOL. Anyway when i fell I knew I was going to have a very bad day. I did. Couldn't solve anything. The next day, when I did my first question, ta-da! Correct. =.=
Oh no she's coming out soon! Anyway I'm pretty sick. Or ill. You get the idea. Sore throat. The other day I was reading Lisey's Story by Stephen King. There was a line about the protagonist swalllowing and there was a 'click' in the throat. I wonder ed how u got that. Well I got it the day day. The ironic side of my was laughing its head off. it hurt. Like someone had stuffed a rock down my throat. Oh and flu. Runny nose. And I crapp 3 times today. =.= Great. Ok gotta run.
